How Soon Will My Order Ship?
ASAP! Typically orders ship out the same day or the following day (not including weekends). Orders placed after hours will not ship out until the following day (not including weekends). If we encounter any significant delay in shipping your order you will be advised. Rabers.com will email you tracking information for all UPS and USPS orders placed via Rabers.com

Domestic (USA) Shipping
Rabers ships domestic orders via USPS and UPS. UPS (United Parcel Service) offers free tracking, free default insurance up to $100 (additional coverage assigned and billed to you), and consistent day-definite service. We charge published retail UPS rates based on your order weight, dimension, value and delivery address. Unfortunately, every UPS Parcel is subject to a $2.25 fee in response to the recent UPS Dimensional Weight imposition. USPS is also offered. United States Postal Service offers many service levels and can be a swift and often economic option. We charge published retail USPS rates based on your order weight, dimension, value and delivery address. We DO NOT charge service charges, packing or material fees or handling fees. The choice is yours. We do not ship Fed Ex or On Trac, however, we are always pleased to pack your parcel and your carrier is welcome to pick it up at Rabers.

International Shipping
Rabers ships international orders via USPS and UPS.

Will we falsify international customs documents? Nope, sorry! We will not mark down the value of our packages. We are law abiding citizens and do not want to sully the international postal relations.

RETURNS

We like to call it a Zero-Hassle return policy; No need for discussion, just ship your parts back to us and you'll get your money back. There is no return authorization number required. There is no phone call required. We offer a full refund (excluding shipping). If we shipped you the wrong item(s) at our fault, we will cover your return freight. But there are understandably a few conditions: Please include a copy of the invoice or a note with invoice number and phone number. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We accept returns only on merchandise returned in the same condition AS IT LEFT RABERS. If a product has been installed, damaged, soiled, marred etc then the refund policy will not apply. We do not accept returns on any Tools, Books, or any Electrical Parts.
